第30章 複合関係詞
複合関係形容詞にはwhatever～とwhichever～の2つがあり、次に名詞を伴います。
またそれぞれ複合関係代名詞と同じように不定と譲歩の2つの用法があります。
I want to take whatever measures (＝any measures that) are considered best.
（最良の処置と考えられるものはどんなものでもとってみたい）
You can use whichever machine (＝either〔any〕machine that) you like.
（どちらの機械でも好きなほうを使っていいですよ）
Whatever (＝No matter what) price you (may) pay, you cannot buy this computer system. （たとえどれ程の代金を払っても、このコンピュータシステムは買えない）
Whichever (＝No matter which) way you (may) take, it will arrive at the same place. （どちらの方法をとってみても、結局は同じだ）
